Located to the far eastern edge of Karameikos, and to the north of Rugalov, bordering the Empire of Thyatis is the Valley of Haven. Most of its inhabitants call it the Vale where the majority of its population consist of Vyalia elves. Though humans, (all Traladarian), dwarves, gnomes, and other representatives of other races call it home. In Karameikos, Haven is a "lost valley" created as a kind of vacation spot by the immortals Halav, Petra, and Zirchev. Zirchev owning most of the credit as you will understand why, later. They have cut it off almost completely from the outer world; they let outsiders find the valley only when in the direst of need, and may not let them find it again later.
